Hi Louise!
The dolls arrived about an hour ago, they are beautiful!!
Thank you so much!! Couldn't have been better timing; my mother-in-law and
sister-in-law were both finishing breakfast when they arrived so they got to
see them and walk down memory lane -- about when she got them, and which one
was hers, etc.

Apple arrived home Saturday and she's looks like she did
when she was brand new ... everything is perfect. Thank you so much
for repairing her so beautifully ... you are very talented. I have a
brand new grand niece whose mother played with Apple when she was little ...
my niece was very excited to see how great Apple looked and looks forward to
her baby girl being able to play with Apple when she's older.

keeping me on as a customer!! When I get a chance I'll send you the
Little Lady doll for the finger repair, and an Arranbee Nancy for pupils and
restringing. It's easy to be patient when you know how great the
outcome will be. Plus I know how busy you are and how hard you work.
I'm just grateful that you are the person (very talented person) doing the
work on my dolls. Speaking of which, I just want you to see them in
their outfits. (See pics attached).

We just received the doll shoes and by coincidence also
got the doll back from the clothing restorer. Her debut pictures are
included. I misspoke and she is an Ideal Princess Mary (not Anne).

Dear Louise -
I finally was able to bring my doll to my mother. She had no idea I was
having her restored. I set "Honey" (Bernadette) on her living room sofa and
told Mom to come in I had a surprise for her. She took one look and was
thrilled!!!! Mom could not believe how beautiful "Honey" was. She said, and
I quote, "I felt as if I was a little girl again and receiving her for the
first time. She is sooooo Beautiful." That is quite the testament to your
abilities.
To see the joy on my mother's face was thrilling for me. So I just want to
say again... Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!
